Winner – Practitioner of the Year
Fiona Gordon, Alice Springs Massage & Yoga, NT

Fiona Gordon, of Alice Springs Massage and Yoga Therapy, has been working in natural therapies since she qualified in a Diploma of Remedial Massage in 1994 at NatureCare College, Sydney. She has worked with back injuries, sports injuries, and what has now become her speciality: lymphatic drainage, oncology massage, and clients with lymphoedema. She has completed her Complex Lymphatic Therapies training with the Lymphoedema Association of Australia. Aware that not many therapists knew how to work with oncology massage, she organised a training program for therapists to complete level 1 oncology massage training. Fiona is also a qualified yoga therapist and Yogalates instructor, and runs yoga-after-cancer classes twice a week for cancer clients.

The clinic provides an online program for people suffering from lupus, along with a cookbook of recipes to support those with autoimmune diseases.
